Mechi Imchen

Mechi Imchen is a 20 year old hailing from Mokokchung and is an aspiring writer and a poet. Curently pursuing his studies at St. Edmunds Collge Shillong, Mech'e journey is as unique as his birthdate - on a leap day From an early age, Mechi immersed himself in the world of literature, inspired by his mother's love for reading. At just 13, he penned his first poem. His literary influences are Bukowski, Neruda, Kafka, and John Keats. When he's not crafting lines, Mechi finds joy in other pursuits. He's a vivid basketball player, a voracious reader, and a recreational singer. Sports, too, captivate him, and he often spends hours watching games unfold.
