The Invisible Boy follows the story of a boy who build a machine that enabled him to become invisible anytime he wanted. With this ability, he encounters aliend in all shapes and sizes even as he battles with villains in the from of the Slimeman, the Robot, the Eagle, the Mutated Lizard, the Rat, the Police Robot, the Masked Man, the Teleporter, etc.
The boy is rewarded several times for his many heroic deeds particularly for protecting the city of Lothon and Stension, and is hailed as a great crime fighter. Eventually, he teams up with his family, particularly his ister in their shared mission to save the humanity and the world.
