Terms

**Eligibility.** Open to registered NortheastReads members who are residents of India only.
**Entry.** Enter by spending reading points. Each entry costs the points shown on the giveaway page. You can add up to the maximum number of entries per user.
**Prize.** The prize is exactly as described on the giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
**Draw.** Winners are drawn randomly from all valid entries, and nobody can win twice in one draw. More tickets means higher odds. Members who won one of the most recent giveaways enter with one ticket. Two runner-ups are drawn as well. The admin reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming a prize.
**Claim Period.** A winner must press Claim my prize on the giveaway page within 7 days and give a valid shipping address there (full name, address with PIN code, and phone number). The address is used only to send the prize and is deleted 30 days after it arrives. If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, it may be passed to a runner-up.
**Shipping.** Prizes are shipped only to addresses within India. Shipping is covered by NortheastReads.
**Communication.** By entering, you agree to receive giveaway-related emails from NortheastReads.
**Fairness.** Employees, admins, and their immediate family members of NortheastReads are not eligible.
**Admin Discretion.** NortheastReads reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Admin discretion applies to all prize decisions.
