1. **Eligibility.** Open to registered NortheastReads members who are residents of India only.
2. **Entry.** Enter by spending reading points. Each entry costs the points shown on the giveaway page. You can add up to the maximum number of entries per user.
3. **Prize.** The winner will receive a book of their choice from their own 'Want to Read' list on NortheastReads, worth up to ₹700. If no book on the winner's Want to Read list fits within the cap, we will work with the winner to choose an alternative.
4. **Book Availability.** Prizes depend on book availability in India. If a chosen book is out of print or cannot be sourced, we will offer an alternative from the winner's Want to Read list or a comparable book.
5. **Draw.** The winner is drawn randomly from all valid entries. More tickets = higher odds. The admin reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming the prize.
6. **Claim Period.** The winner must respond to the winner notification email within 7 days with a valid shipping address in India. If no response is received within 7 days, a runner-up may be selected.
7. **Shipping.** Prizes are shipped only to addresses within India. Shipping is covered by NortheastReads.
8. **Communication.** By entering, you agree to receive giveaway-related emails from NortheastReads.
9. **Fairness.** Employees, admins, and their immediate family members of NortheastReads are not eligible.
