1. **Eligibility.** Open to registered NortheastReads members who are residents of India only. 2. **Entry.** Enter by spending reading points. Each entry costs the points shown on the giveaway page. You can add up to the maximum number of entries per user. 3. **Prize.** The prize is exactly as described on the giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 4. **Draw.** The winner is drawn randomly from all valid entries. More tickets means higher odds. The admin reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming the prize. 5. **Claim Period.** The winner must reply to the winner notification email within 7 days with a valid shipping address (full name, address with pincode, and phone number). If no response is received within 7 days, a runner-up may be selected. 6. **Shipping.** Prizes are shipped only to addresses within India. Shipping is covered by NortheastReads. 7. **Communication.** By entering, you agree to receive giveaway-related emails from NortheastReads. 8. **Fairness.** Employees, admins, and their immediate family members of NortheastReads are not eligible. 9. **Admin Discretion.** NortheastReads reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Admin discretion applies to all prize decisions.
