Dr. Rishikesh Upadhyay is an Indian writer, professor and researcher. He was born, raised and lives in Haflong, in the Indian states of Assam. He received his PhD, MPhil, MSc from the University of Assam, and BSc Hons from Haflong Government College. His works have appeared in many anthologies and literary publications both in online and print.
